  • Adopting automated solutions by promoting the AMS.
  1. Adding and training airlines companies’ representatives to use the AMS.
  2. Adding and training more personnel (DGCA–NAS-KAFCO-Incheon) to use the AMS.
  • Constantly checking the non-punitive boxes to ensure a rapid response.
  • Hold more safety meetings.
  • Decrease average time for closing high risk issues.
  • Train more personnel on safety awareness.
  • Adding more safety-related resources to the AMS (Knowledge base).
  • Conduct Random medical tests on ground staff and suggest fewer working hours (shifts) in summer to reduce number of fatigue incidents.
  • Keeping an inspection record for the ground support equipment (GSE).
  • Coordination with operation Department to send copies of all airside incidents reports and daily inspection checklists to collect data for hazard identification and risk management.

  • Coordination with the ministry of interior about the common information.
